3 Teams with Interest in Carey Price
According to RDT there are currently three teams with interest in Carey Price.
With it looking more and more like Jeff Gorton will move towards a full rebuild in Montreal it seems as though interest has peaked in Carey Price with 3 teams showing interest.
Vancouver Canucks
With Marc Bergevin rumoured to be a top candidate for the Vancouver job it seems like a natural fit for him to reunite with Price and bring Carey back to his native British Columbia.
This deal could be complicated unless the Canadiens take on someone like Brock Boeser and the Canucks are able to move Thatcher Demko for some form of return.
Edmonton Oilers
The Oilers name seems to be attached to anyone and everyone in the goalie marker. From Carey Price, Linus Ullmark, Tuukka Rask and Marc-Andre Fleury.
Rumours seem to be circulating with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins as the name going the opposite direction to even out salaries.
Colorado Avalanche
Apparently with Darcy Kuemper having a subpar season and Jonas Johansson proving not an NHL goalie that the Avalanche have begun to sniff around options like Price.
Unlike other moves the idea of adding a starting goalie is usually one teams like to do sooner than later so as Price nears a return in January we expect rumours to increase.
