Domi, while the video was taken, can be heard giving enthusiastic, though somewhat playful, advice to Brady as the quarterback glides around the ice. It is lighthearted, as the moment shows Brady, known for precision on the football field, embracing a very different skill set for maneuvering on ice.

Interestingly enough, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi, Tie's son, was also participating in the training session. While Max was skating alongside the NFL legend, his old man kept things light with some good-natured verbal jabs. As Tie's comments bounced around the rink, one thing was for certain: this wasn't just a training session but a family moment of fun, albeit one where Brady was fully in on the joke, even taking a playful jab at Max himself.

The whole thing is a bit surreal to see Brady on the ice, considering he spent 23 years at the apex of professional football. It starts on the field with unprecedented NFL success as a seven-time Super Bowl champion, and while his commitment to being fit and skilled is quite evident, one wonders if that same competitive edge will continue into his new hobby. While he's not likely to challenge the elite in hockey, the effort put forth evidences a commitment to stretching his athletic boundaries even now that he's retired.

Most likely, this is not in preparation for any seriousness with regards to hockey on Tom Brady's part, but perhaps to befriend another highly popular sports family.
