NHL announces an 8pm ET start for Leafs v Bruins on Thursday
The new start time of this game has caused an unexpected uproar particularly from Maple Leafs fans. To this point the 7 pm start time had been the preferred start time by many.
Some fans have even gone as far as to say they will not be watching the game now due to the change in the time of the game.
While some fans are outraged by the change others are welcoming the new time of the game. Others have mixed feelings but are willing to go along with the new schedule out of convenience.
Now that this game has been moved to 8 pm the NHL and Gary Bettman have plenty of feedback that Maple Leafs' fans are not a fan of this start time. If the Maple Leafs force a Game 7 look for that game to be back at 7 pm if the league listens to the feedback from this decision.
