Max Domi snaps at reporters when asked if culture is an issue for the Toronto Maple Leafs

Tonight, Max Domi was asked about team culture concerns in Toronto and snapped at reporters with his answer.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have been front and center in the news cycle after firing GM Brad Treliving.
Since the firing, questions have arisen regarding what the problem has been this season to lead to missing the playoffs for the first time since 2016 when they drafted Auston Matthews.
Many fans and analysts have pointed back to culture concerns and a lack of support for one another in the locker room and tonight Max Domi was asked about that.

When asked about the culture issues Domi’s tone immediately went cold as he explained he and the team would not be getting into that as it is none of the media of fans’ business.
We’re not going to get in into what went wrong with you guys &, quite frankly, it’s none of your business. It’s our group’s business & we’ll keep it that. We know what we got to do better & we will.
While one can respect working things out behind closed doors the optics on this answer makes it seem as though the fans do not matter.
This has been a repeated issue in Toronto where the players get confrontational with fans and media causing further issues than intended.
Now, if the problems are not solved by Domi and those in the locker room, the speculation and question will only get louder and more frequent.
