Pittsburgh Penguins sign former New York Islanders defenseman Sebastian Aho
Today a new report has confirmed that Kyle Dubas and the Pittsburgh Penguins have made yet another upgrade on defense signing Sebastian Aho.
The Pittsburgh Penguins struggled mightily last season to defend well against good teams in the NHL. This offseason improving on defense has been a priority. Today the Penguins addressed their defensive unit by signing former New York Islander Sebastian Aho according to Tony Androckitis.

Penguins are reportedly signing 28-year-old defensemen, Sebastian Aho.
According to the report Sebastian Aho is expected to be an AHL talent instead of a player guaranteed to play in the NHL. This provides a solid option for the Penguins to turn to if injuries arise with their NHL club.
The 28-year-old has 190 NHL games of experience and is generally a low event defenseman. In the AHL Sebastian Aho tends to be a much more offensive force and could help the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins a significant amount.
As the season comes closer and training camp begins Sebastian Aho's role in Pittsburgh will become more defined.
