Kyle Dubas hasn't been shy about poaching talent from the Maple Leafs since joining Pittsburgh, and now they've landed yet another key scout.

Earlier this off-season, the Pittsburgh Penguins made a huge move by landing Wes Clark from the Toronto Maple Leafs, and according to a report, they've now brought one of his best scouts with him as they continue to build one of the best scouting departments in the Eastern Conference.
Per the Penguins site, Maple Leafs scout Chris Roque has joined Wes Clark in Pittsburgh
The departure hasn't yet been acknowledged by the Maple Leafs, but it would be a huge loss, given that Roque has been a long-time member of their scouting department that has landed them some incredibly talented prospects of the future. Over that time, Roque has been a key part of the Ontario scouting department that has seen Toronto bring in names like Easton Cowan, Nick Robertson and Ben Danford, and now he takes his talents to Pittsburgh.
While Toronto haven't had success in the playoffs, they've clearly churned out some very talented players, and with the Penguins potentially preparing for life after Sidney Crosby, they're putting together a big time staff.
