Arena Malfunction Leads To NHL Game Getting Delayed In The Middle Of Play

Tonight an arena malfunction led a game into chaos. The highly anticipated matchup between two Eastern Conference contenders needed to be delayed as a result of the malfunction.
Electric Malfunction Leads To NHL Game Getting Delayed
During an Eastern Conference matchup between the Philadelphia Flyers and Tampa Bay Lightning, an electrical malfunction led to a delay. The Flyers were on the offensive attack when the arena lights went down. As a result, the play was immediately blown dead.
We got a power outage at Wells Fargo Center in the middle of play
The problem would go on to be fixed shortly after and the game was resumed without issue. The Flyers were up 1-0 at the time of the incident and continue to lead 1-0 into the second period.
