Insider reveals Evander Kane has run his course in Edmonton
After speculation that there could be some tension between Evander Kane and some of his Edmonton Oilers teammates, an Insider has just revealed that is no longer the case.
Earlier this season, there were rumours that Evander Kane might have been a bit of an issue in the Edmonton Oilers dressing room. This came to a head when he was seen getting yelled at on the Oilers bench by both Corey Perry and by Leon Draisaitl on two different occasions.
What's Corey Perry saying to Evander Kane?
Now, Mark Spector has revealed that Evnader Kane's drama has run it's course in Edmonton. Here is what he had to say about Kane and the drama from this season heading into the playoffs.
»As has been the case all of Kane's career, too much drama, boys. Too much drama around Evander Kane. Useless drama. I'll do what every player on every other team does. Yeah, maintenance day, I'm gonna try hard tomorrow. This is needless drama that you don't need starting playoffs, that you don't want in your dressing room. The guys we talk to about Evander Kane running his course - He doesn't run his course as a player, he runs his course as a bringer of drama.»
- Mark Spector
Spector and Kane have been having a bit of a back and forth recently, and it looks like Evander Kane may have been biting back against Spector's allegations of the drama in a recent response to his questions in a media scrum.

The smirk by Hyman, the laughter in the back. This is an all timer by Kane
Clearly, there is some drama, however, it is primarily between Marc Spector and Evander Kane, and isn't likely between Kane and his teammates, at least any longer.
