Zach Hyman will miss the Oilers' game in Vancouver tonight, and he could be out about two weeks. Devon Levi starts in goal.

The Oilers lost another forward before they even left Edmonton.
Zach Hyman did not travel with the team to Vancouver and is likely out about two weeks, so he sits out tonight's rematch with the Canucks at Rogers Arena.
The injury may have happened in the preseason finale against Calgary on Saturday.
Hyman played more than 20 minutes in Tuesday's season opener, so this one stings.
Hyman put up 31 goals and 52 points in 58 games last season, so this is a real loss for a team that already looks thin up front.

Injuries keep piling up

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins went on injured reserve Thursday with a lower-body injury he picked up at practice Monday.
Matt Savoie, Alec Regula and Mattias Janmark are out too, and goalie Frederik Andersen is also sidelined.
Jason Gregor shared the full lineup rushes ahead of puck drop.
Vasily Podkolzin skates with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl on the top line.
Max Jones, Colton Dach and Kasperi Kapanen form the second line, while Alex Formenton, Owen Michaels and Mathieu Joseph take the third.
Howard, Samanski and Frederic make up the fourth line.

Levi gets the start

Devon Levi gets the start in goal after Jarry started the opener.
Edmonton is still looking for its first win after Tuesday's 6-5 overtime loss to Vancouver.
Evan Bouchard had a hat trick and two assists in that game.
Vancouver scored three straight goals to open the third period, but Edmonton rallied to tie it at five before Paul Cotter won it in overtime.
Puck drop is set for 10 p.m. ET, and with this much missing from the lineup, the Oilers will need big nights from McDavid and Draisaitl.
