The Chicago Blackhawks' new Winter Classic jerseys officially leak online

For the longest time, the Chicago Blackhawks have been one of the most profitable franchises in the NHL. A byproduct of this fact is that they have played the most outdoor NHL games in league history with six and soon to be seven.

Every year a team that plays in an outdoor game gets their own specialty jersey and the Blackhawks' newest sweaters have been leaked. Check it out!

The retro look has fans pleased and many are claiming that they are some of the best jerseys in the NHL at the moment. While not for sale just yet, they will be soon after an official announcement. The jersey that will sell the most is likely reigning Calder Trophy winner Connor Bedard who is coming off an all-star season with the Blackhawks.

The 2023 first-overall pick and freshman phenom Bedard posted an impressive 61 points in 68 games last year on a Blackhawks team where he had little star power around him. His 22 goals led all rookies in the NHL and helped him earn his Calder trophy nod.

Many expect Bedard to be the next Blackhawks captain and if the Winter Classic jerseys have the 'C' on them, they may be the most sold jersey in the NHL for the 2024-25 season.
