Seth Jarvis makes emotional comments after being snubbed from Team Canada roster
Seth Jarvis was snubbed from Canada's Olympic roster, and now, he's made some emotional and very intriguing comments as a result.
Team Canada had plenty of success at the Four Nations Face Off, capturing the gold medal amidst some of the most tense and heated times between Canada and the United States in recent memory.
Ahead of the Olympic Games however, we knew some things were going to change, and when Canada revealed their Olympic roster on Wednesday, it was clear that something big had shifted.
Seth Jarvis reacts to Team Canada snub
There were five players from Team Canada's Four Nations roster that did not make the cut for the Olympics, one of those being 23-year old winger Seth Jarvis, who has been on fire as of late.
Despite posting 19 goals and 29 points in 34 games this season, the team opted to go even younger, picking Macklin Celebrini in his spot, and now, Jarvis has officially responded to the snub for the first time.

It's safe to say that this isn't quite the reaction that was expected, but it's an apt analogy after he was snubbed from the roster, and now, he'll look to work his way back onto this team for the next international tournament.
Given that he's just 23, time is certainly on Jarvis' side, and if the NHL's return to the international level continues beyond the Olympics as expected, there's no doubting that he'll play many games for Canada in the future.
