REPORT: PK Subban makes SHOCKING statement about his time with the Montreal Canadiens

The Montreal Canadiens drafted PK Subban 43rd overall back in 2007. He broke into the NHL in 2010 when he played 2 regular season games after being called up from the AHL, and played in 14 games for the historic Jaroslav Halak playoff run, where he singlehandedly beat out the powerhouse Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins.

Subban would go on to play 6 more seasons with the Montreal Canadiens, winning a Norris Trophy as the leagues best defenceman, and signed a massive 9x8 deal with the Habs, which many believe is a huge reason that they traded him away for the older but cheaper Shea Weber.


People were very confused when this deal happened, as Subban was a crowd favourite in Montreal and he absolutely loved the city and the community. The first thing he did when he signed that large contract was give $10 million to a childrens hospital.
