DIRTY PLAY: Marchand spears Jesperi Kotkaniemi

DIRTY PLAY: BRAD MARCHAND SPEARS JESPERI KOTKANIEMI

MAY 12, 2022  (23H24)      S. HARPER
It was a active night between the Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins and it all started from a Charlie McAvoy hit on Sebastian Aho midway through the first period, that you know the Hurricanes players wouldn't forget.

Midway through the 2nd period Jesperi Kotkaniemi would get his opportunity to get some payback crushing Charlie McAvoy along the boards.

Brad Marchand who loves to cause chaos and piss off the opposition would spear Jesperi Kotkaniemi with the Bruins up 5-1 late in the 3rd period. This would cause a big scrum with all players on the ice getting involved. The Bruins would win this one forcing a game 7 Saturday night.

SHOULD THIS BE A SUSPENSION?
