The Pittsburgh Penguins were devastated when they learned that their starting goalie Tristan Jarry was injured and would not be ready for game 1 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Worse news came during game 1 as backup goaltender Casey DeSmith was injured during overtime, forcing their 3rd goaltender Louie Domingue to step in and play.

Domingue played fairly well in some games, and have helped the Penguins to a game 7, but the Penguins had a chance to eliminate the Rangers in 5 and instead they have pushed it to 7. In the 6 games Domingue has played in, he is 3-3 with a 3.65 GAA and .898 SV%.

We have just learned that pending any last minute issues, Penguins starting goalie Tristan Jarry is penciled in to be the starting goalie tonight for game 7!
